This Week’s Must Reads

Miss me?

Conan The Barbarian #5

I’ve been enjoying this series a lot. Becky Cloonan’s art is especially beautiful in this issue, showcased in some badass fight scenes.

Bulletproof Coffin: Disinterred #5

So nuts! Shaky Kane blows me away. The story is gloriously gory, old school pulp. Every page would make a perfect metal album cover.

Batman #10

Ahhhh Scott Snyder, you sly dog! Crazy twist in this issue. Batman is so consistently great.

American Vampire: Lord of Nightmares #1

Bringing back characters from American Vampire‘s awesome “Survival of the Fittest” story, this latest miniseries is shaping up to be just as good (if not better.) Exciting reveal on the last page! Get into it.

Runners-Up: Spider-Men #1, Amazing Spider-Man #687, Before Watchmen: Silk Spectre #1, Dancer #2
